Nishoni Harvey is the Founder & CEO of NeuroBridge Solutions, LLC, dedicated to bridging the gap between neurodivergent individuals, their families, educators, and healthcare professionals. As a Certified Autism & Trauma-Informed Coach, her work focuses on coaching, training, and advocacy to create inclusive, supportive environments for children and adolescents on the autism spectrum (ASD).

Her Journey & Expertise

 

✔ Personal Experience & Passion for Neurodiversity

• A mother of four, including two children on the autism spectrum.

• A former foster parent to medically fragile children, many of whom were autistic.

• First-hand experience navigating ABA therapy, occupational therapy, talk therapy, and ASD parenting strategies.

✔ Extensive Training & Certifications

• Certified Life Coach (CLC) & Certified Trauma-Informed Coach (CTIC)

• Certified Nurse’s Aide (CNA) to better understand medical conditions that often coexist with ASD.

• Trained in TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention) and ABI (Applied Behavior Analysis-Informed) techniques.

• Certified in First Aid & Mental Health First Aid for additional crisis intervention knowledge.

• Bachelors in Education and several years of teaching experience.

• Conducted in-depth research on the lack of timely ASD services & the need for autism education among healthcare providers.

• Specializes in training educators, medical professionals, and ASD-service providers in ASD-friendly behavior strategies, de-escalation, and inclusive teaching practices.

• Passionate about empowering parents to create positive, thriving environments for their children through coaching and personalized support strategies.

Nishoni believes that limitations do not define a person—we set our own limits. She rejects the term “limiting conditions” and instead encourages families, educators, and professionals to see potential, not barriers.
